2. Email Beth, my assistant with any questions and she can guide you on a path to the information you require to make informed decisions.
3. Schedule a free 15 min phone consultation to talk to me about your needs and see how I can best support and assist you.
4. Schedule a one hour options consult so we can discuss your needs and see how what I offer can provide assistance to meet your goals. This differs from the 15 min consultation which is more of a quick overview.
5. Schedule your first session.  For information on costs and options for a first session based one your unique needs, contact us.
