When we are trapped in our fears, the first thing we need to do is get a piece of paper and write down what we are telling ourselves. Then ask yourself:
- is this true or a fear I hold onto?
- is there something I could do about this situation right now?
- what would happen if I let it go?
Then write down an alternative option to your fear that isn’t fearful.
If you consider the matrix idea of the world we live in, this is all a dream in many respects and as we reprogram the mind, our world changes because our internal system develops new programs.
Consider your current internal programming as under your control to change…it sometimes takes time and practice to rewrite new programs and it’s worth it.
